After confirming that we are available on the date of your event, if you wish to go ahead with a booking, drop us an email,or give us a call, and we will send you a copy of our Entertainment Agreement, along with a song preference form and our standard terms and conditions.

When you receive these, in order to secure your booking, we must receive your deposit within 14 days. We will then issue you with a formal booking confirmation. Only then is your booking secured, although we will notify you in the mean time if we are approached for another disco on the same day as your event.

We will then contact you again prior to your disco to confirm any final arrangements and special requirements that you may have, and you are welcome to contact us at any point prior to your disco if there is anything that you wish to discuss with us.

The outstanding balance can be paid in one of two ways, either at the start of your disco in cash, or if you would prefer by cheque, no less than seven working days before the date of your disco. We also hope to soon be able to accept payments online via PayPal.
